El Eden coffee comes from the Pluma region located in Oaxaca‚ Mexico. An ideal climate with rich organic soil conditions needed to produce Arabica coffee beans. The Pluma Arabica coffee is considered the best of the coffees from any region of Mexico. This particular variety of coffee is world renowned for its intensely sweet aroma‚ smooth rich flavor‚ low acidity and chocolate undertones found in every brewed cup. El Eden finca has been operated by the same family for many generations. It is through tradition that we produce a deliciously smooth and well-rounded Arabica coffee. We grow‚ harvest‚ process and fire roast our coffee beans using the finest traditional techniques. This unique process‚ carried out entirely by hand‚ is still being followed today and our next generation of coffee growers is keeping this vision alive.
